Journalism

Journalism is a profession to write newsworthy articles that are fact-checked for the preparation, and distribution of news and related commentary and feature materials through print and electronic media such as newspapers, magazines, books, blogs, webcasts, podcasts, social media, radio, television, motion pictures, and radio.

Journalism was originally applied to the reportage of current events in printed form, specifically newspapers, but with the advent of radio, television, and the world wide web in the 20th century the use of the term broadened to include all printed and electronic communications, dealing with all industries and current affairs.
